6.35 cm (2.5 in) Waveguide Feed-through with Dielectric Option

ETS-Lindgren's Waveguide Feed-throughs are available in most sizes for water, gas, or air. Specially designed waveguide feed-through assemblies are used for transporting nonconductive gases or liquids into an enclosure.

Key Features:

• Accommodate requirements such as fire suppression systems, hydraulics, and other utilities
• Honeycomb waveguide insert option available for high-frequency or gaseous applications
• Dielectric unions are available to maintain isolation to the ground

For circular waveguides, ensure the waveguide length is at least four times the diameter. Cutoff frequency formula: fc = c / (3.412 × r), where c = speed of light and r = radius of waveguide.
