• This offer applies to new product orders, during the sales program period, to end-customers directly by Tektronix or to any customers by Tektronix authorized channel partners.
• Standard partner discount applies
• New orders (units and service options) need to go through the PE (Price exception) approval tool, partner to contact their Distribution Account Manager
• PoS from partner Inventory is supported through this program. Partner need to submit  a rebate form incl proof of sales showing a minimum end customer discount of 15% to get:  
  a 11.4% rebate on list price granted to partner, enabling 15% end customer discount with standard partner discount
• Rebates should be claimed monthly , latest 2 months after PoS happening
• This program can NOT be combined with education discount.
• This program can NOT be combined with VBA.
• This program is available only to channel partners that are authorized to sell Keithley & Tektronix products.
• Encore units do not qualify for this promotion.
• Demo units do not qualify for this promotion.
• The end customer’s purchase order must be booked between April 29th  2024 and 26th July 2024. Any quote with this program discount after the end date will not qualify for a rebate.
• Partners stocking orders at promotional price are not allowed
