High Intensity White LED in TO-66 Package

The 62220 Family contains a high intensity white LED in a TO-66 package with a clear sapphire window. Package comes with PEM nuts installed for mounting onto a chassis for superior thermal management. Various levels of screening available up to and in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500. Standard screening includes a 96 hour burn-in and fine and gross leak testing per MIL-STD-883.
