Development board based on the FUSIO RT computer core and tools
The 3DEV0753 is the Development KIT based on the FUSIO RT Computer Core 3DMC0753. The FUSIO RT Computer Core product family provides a reprogrammable Space grade FPGA and a highly reliable configuration memory in one single miniaturized package. The FPGA core is the NG-Medium NX1H35AS SRAM based FPGA. It is manufactured with a radiation hardened and proven space qualified CMOS 65 nm SPACE process technology from ST Microelectronics in Europe.
The triplicated 128 Mbit NOR Flash Configuration Memory is Radiation Hardened By Design (RHBD) with protection against potential SEE. SEU immunity is guaranteed by TMR mitigation and enhanced TID performance provided by a power switch. The FUSIO RT Computer Core modules can optionally include NAND Flash memory for mass data storage and SDRAM memory for data processing, bringing higher capability to the FPGA based system. These Computer Cores are designed to operate and be reprogrammed in harsh radiation environments. They are perfectly suited for any high reliability and high performance space application.
The development kit includes a development board and all of the tools needed to enable a quick and simple first experience with the NanoXplore environment.Two VITA connectors are available for specific application daughter cards. The FUSIO RT software design kit for bitstream generation is based on the NanoXplore Design Suite NXmap, which supports Synthesis, Placement and Routing. A bitstream loader software (GUI) is provided by 3D PLUS.
