Radiation Tolerant MIL STD 1553
Radiation-tolerant MIL-STD-1553 components are designed and tested to resist damage and malfunctions caused by ionizing radiation. They are used in hi-rel applications such as outer space and high-altitude flight. Holt's radiation-hardened components are designed to provide latch-up immunity up to an LET of 67.7 MeV-cm2/mg and an RHA total ionizing dose (TID) of 100 krad(Si), ideal for launch vehicle and high-altitude aircraft applications utilizing MIL-STD-1553 data bus communication.
