Eliglible Products

• All 4 Series, 5 Series, and 6 Series oscilloscopes. Both non-B and B models.

• Software bundles (both perpetual and subscription).

• Bandwidth upgrades, software analysis options, record length, Spectrum View functionality, node locked and floating licenses.

Exclusions

• The product must have been purchased before 10 January 2025 and end user must provide Tektronix with model number and serial number as well as proof or purchase before this date.

• 5 Series MSO upgrades to 2 GHz bandwidth are excluded as they require a circuit board change to be completed in service.
