The upgrade of FP-EFT 100M to FP-EFT 100M2 (IEC61000-4-4 edition 2, amendment 1 & edition 3) contains a hardware modification and a calibration. For Haefely equipment delivered or purchased after January 2010, no upgrade is necessary.
