3D Plus

1.35 or 1.5VV, 24 Gbit Space DDR3 SDRAM organised as 512M x48 bits

3D PLUS offers a family of space qualified DDR3 Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM) memory modules, with densities up to 48 Gbit; data bus widths of 16bits, 48 bits and 72 bits; and operating at frequencies up to 667 MHz. 3D PLUS’s DDR3 products are a perfect fit for systems requiring best in class, high performance solutions that are qualified and characterised for space applications.

Those memories are typically well suited to gain all benefits from space grade microprocessors, DSPs and/or FPGAs. 3D PLUS’s DDR3 memory modules are part of a DDR3 ecosystem, providing fully space qualified memory subsystem solution.
