3D PLUS proposes high-density non-volatile NAND FLASH modules for space applications operating in Synchronous or Asynchronous modes. Each module embeds multiple 16 Gbit NAND FLASH component. Each device can be accessed by activating the associated control signal #CEn. Control signals such as #WP, #W/R and CLK are common.

Key performance benefits include increased bandwidth in the Synchronous mode, and a 1.8V I/O voltage targeted for compatibility with various FPGAs for Space application that currently have limited 3.3V I/O.
