The 3DSR8M16VS2505 is a high-speed highly integrated Static Random Access Memory containing 8,388,608 bits. It is organised as two banks of 4Mbit. Each bank has a 16-bit interface and is selected with specific #CS.Manufactured with 3D-PLUS patented stacking technology, this SRAM memory module is particularity well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorder, server or workstation. The 3DSR8M16VS2505 packaged in a 54 pin SOP is available for Commercial, Industrial or Military temperature range. It is also available with screening options up to space grade level.
