Hioki BT4560 Battery Impedance Meter
Achieve long service life battery modules by measuring reaction resistance. Hioki benchtop battery testers support simultaneous high-speed measurement in the ever-expanding production lines of increasingly larger lithium-ion low-resistance batteries. The BT4560 battery impedance tester measures the impedance of lithium-ion batteries using the low-frequency AC-IR measurement method without charging and discharging the battery, substantially reducing the time needed to inspect the internal resistance of battery cells.

Hioki BT3564 Battery HiTester
A high-voltage battery tester (1000V maximum input voltage) for measuring EV and PHEV battery packs. Hioki benchtop battery testers support simultaneous high-speed measurement of the internal resistance and battery voltage of EV and PHEV battery packs. The BT3564 Battery HiTester can measure pack voltage and total resistance, as well as bus bar resistance up to 1000V.
