The MILTECH 914 is a 14-port, fully managed, rugged, board-level Gigabit Ethernet switch. With 14 triple-speed (10/100/1000Mbps) ports.
The MILTECH 914 is part of a family of the industry’s only ruggedised board-level Ethernet switches with industry-leading SWaP-C to save valuable real estate in military and UAV platforms. A built-in board-to-board connector allows for easy integration of an embedded switch in any hardened OEM communications platform.
The MILTECH 914 combines Layer 3 on-device IPv4 and IPv6 static routing between VLANs, and Layer 2 switching features including traffic prioritisation (QoS), and bandwidth aggregation. Security functions include accounting, authentication and authorisation (AAA) via TACACS and/or RADIUS servers. Authorisation Levels allow multiple users to have up to 15 different levels of access to switch management to greatly enhance the security of any network.
With conformal coating, it is designed to withstand working temperatures of -40°C to +85°C and will comply with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD461 when incorporated in a suitable enclosure.
