The MILTECH24FO is a MIL-STD, fully managed military-grade network switch with 24 1Gb fibre optic ports. The smallest available in the market today.
There are numerous data-intensive applications where the advantages of fibre optic pay dividends, including radar installations, EO sensor suites, persistent wide area surveillance, signals intelligence, and more. The MILTECH 24FO is an ideal solution for these applications. It can be remotely managed to optimize communications and prioritise critical information traffic. Advanced network features include switching protocols, virtual LANS (VLANS), traffic prioritisation (QoS), and bandwidth aggregation are standard. The unit mechanical packaging enhancements, including ruggedized Amphenol SIM 2D 44VG connectors, is designed for MIL-STD-810F airborne and ground environmental compliance and high reliability.
