Diamond Antenna offers high-reliability space flight RF rotary joints designed for communications, science, deep space probes, meteorological studies, military and space-based radar.
Diamond Antenna products boast extensive flight heritage, designed and tested to NASA, ESA, JAXA, CSA and other domestic and international space agency standards and provided with a wide array of design, test, and analysis capabilities, including shock, vibration, thermal, Life, CST modeling, and in-house TVAC testing. In addition, APC are able to assist in customised End Item Data Packages (EIDPs) designed to meet project-specific requirements, including industry-standard Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs). Diamond Antenna space products are assembled and tested in a state-of-the-art clean room with class 100 Laminar Flow benches.

- Full Design, analysis, manufacturing, class 100 Laminar Flow Bench assembly, qualification and final testing with complete SDRL documentation packages based on customer requirements.
- Diamond in-house thermal vacuum chamber to support critical testing requirements for space customers. Additional testing including thermal cycling, shock and vibration available.
