Broadband EMC Current Probe (20 Hz - 100 MHz)
The ETS-Lindgren Model 91550-1L is the L (low frequency) version of the 91550-1, with calibration available down to 20 Hz. This makes it an ideal test ancillary for MIL-STD-462 CE01 and RS01 test methods.
The newer CE01 limits, which are dependent on EUT current/voltage requirements, are more stringent than the older fixed limit CE01 requirement. Coupled with microwave spectrum analyzers (Keysight PXA), use of this probe allows current measurements below 80 dBµA at 20 Hz — more than 6 dB below MIL-STD-461 conducted emission limits, including common mode limits on submarines.
The 91550-1L has a 3.18 cm (1.25 in) window, suitable for most power cables. The L version current probes have a calibration available down to 20 Hz.
