The HI-6006 Electric Field Probe is a fully intelligent, wideband sensor engineered for precise EMF measurements across a broad 100 kHz to 6 GHz frequency range. Designed for demanding immunity testing, it supports MIL-STD-461F radiated susceptibility, key automotive requirements—including SAE J1113/27, GMW 3091/3097/3103, and FMC 1278—and commercial standards such as IEC/EN 61000-4-3.

The HI-6006 offers a generous single-range dynamic span of 0.5 to 800 V/m, enabling continuous, uninterrupted data capture without the need for range switching. Users can access individual X, Y, and Z axis values or view summed isotropic field strength, enhancing flexibility for complex field environments. Its field-replaceable battery allows quick swaps without affecting system calibration, ensuring minimal downtime during testing cycles.

Optical coupling to a range of readout options—including serial, USB, and EMCenter interfaces—provides noise-immune communication ideal for high-field test chambers. Compact, lightweight, and rugged, the HI-6006 delivers industry-leading performance for laboratory, compliance, and automotive EMC evaluation.
