A two-channel, 200 V source measure unit for higher-voltage and pulsed testing on the MP5000 Series
The Tektronix MSMU200-2 takes the MP5000 from 60 V to 200 V. Each channel sources and measures in all four quadrants within a 30 W envelope, pulses up to 7 A to limit device self-heating, and resolves currents down to 100 fA. It suits breakdown and reliability testing, semiconductor characterisation and optoelectronics such as VCSELs and laser diodes. It fits the MP5103 mainframe (sold separately) alongside other SMU and PSU modules.
