Tektronix Presentation: Double Pulse Testing: Smart Probing OR Cable Monster?

As well as joining us on the Stand C62, John Marrinan of Tektronix will be presenting a talk covering the challenges of probing in signals in double pulse testing for wide bandgap semiconductors.
Attend this session to learn techniques for properly testing Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices. John will review considerations for creating a double pulse test setup and offer an overview of basic equipment, setups, connections and probes. Following this, he look at the technical considerations for the probing strategy.
