Pyramid Semiconductor Corp appoint APC Technology Group as new UK distributor
APC Technology Group is pleased to announce its appointment by Pyramid Semiconductor Corp as the authorised distributor for the United Kingdom.
Pyramid Semiconductor is a manufacturer of semiconductors for military and industrial markets. Their product line includes SRAMs, EEPROMs, FCT/FCT-T Logic and MIL-STD1750A processors. Pyramid continues to support the products previously manufactured by Performance Semiconductor; using the same part numbers established by Performance and supporting more than 100 Standard Military Drawings (SMDs) from their QML facility in Sunnyvale, California.
Pyramid's Highly engineered Semiconductor Products for High Longevity Applications are offered in a number of different plastic and ceramic packages and Commercial, Industrial, “Mil Temp Only” and MIL-STD-883 compliant options.
Standard Military drawings (SMDs) are available for military applications.
Pyramid’s EEPROMs and high speed, low power SRAM are both offered in small and medium density configurations, hermetic ceramic packages and are MIL-STD-883 compliant.
The high speed, low power product line of FCT and FCT-T logic devices are also MIL-STD-883 compliant and consists of 45 functions including octal line drivers, octal, bi-directional bus transceivers and latches.

EEPROM
Designed to ensure the data retention and the secure and safe boot of your systems, Pyramid Smeiconductor's EEPROM Product Line includes small and medium density EEPROM from 16 Kb to 1 Mb for the Industrial and Military markets.
Pyramid Smeiconductor's EEPROMs are available in the Mil-temp (-55°C/+125°C) temperature range with 8 bits data bus width, up to 120 ns access time and feature special functions such as Software Data Protection.
Logic FCT and FCT-T
Pyramid's Logic Devices Product Line consists of 45 functions including Octal line drivers, Octal Bi-directional Bus transceivers and Latches that are used on every embedded system boards for High speed and High-current Drive Bus Interface Applications.
MIL-STD-883 compliant devices are offered in various hermetic ceramic packages to maintain the longevity of your legacy military embedded systems.

Pyramid Semiconductor Corporation is continuing to manufacture and deliver all the products in the P1750A family of fast, application proven MIL-STD-1750A Processors. Pyramid Semiconductor is sole source and committed to long term supply for these Legacy Products.
The sole source CMOS MIL-STD1750A family are field proven by military users for more than 20 years and remain available to support long term programmes.
APC offer a complete family of MIL-STD-1750A products in CMOS which execute the MIL-STD-1750A Instruction Set Architecture (ISA).
