One of the standout features of the scalable PDU cabinet is its isolation transformer. This PDU effectively minimises transients and harmonics by incorporating an AC input connected to a multitap isolation transformer, ensuring a stable and clean power supply.
Moreover, the universal input capability of this PDU allows it to work seamlessly with various global electrical utilities. The multitap primary, connected through a terminal block, enables easy and hassle-free installation. The outputs are conveniently provided through terminal blocks, NEMA sockets, and IEC receptacles.

This PDU1109 series boasts an impressive range of features and compliances, including IEC/UL/CSA 60601-1, IEC/UL/CSA 61010-1, SEMI S22, CISPR 11 and, CISPR 22 Conducted and Radiated Emissions as well as Surge Immunity and IEC61000-4-5 Level 3. Operating at an AC frequency of 50Hz - 60Hz (+/-3Hz), the PDU1109 offers a power factor greater than 90%. Depending on the power level, the input current ranges from 50A to 160A, with over-current protection provided via a Circuit Breaker (CB). With a programmable input circuit breaker, the PDU adapts to different requirements seamlessly.
Designed to perform in a wide range of environments, this PDU operates efficiently within an operating temperature range of 10°C to +40°C. It can withstand storage temperatures from - 20°C to +80°C, with both convection and forced air cooling options available. The PDU is also equipped with emergency machine-off (EMO) functionality, providing an added layer of safety.
