The 3D1D2G16TS2174 is a high-speed CMOS highly integrated DDR Synchronous Dynamic RAM Memory containing 2,147,483,648 bits. It is organised with two banks of 1 Gbit. Each bank has 16-bit interface and is selected with specific #CS and CKE. All other signals are common to both memories.
It is particularly well suited for use in high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorder, server or workstation. The 3D1D2G16TS2174 is packaged in a 66 pin SOP.
