50 Ω Calibration Attenuator EFT/Burst According To IEC/EN 61000-4-4
The Haefely PAT 50 allows calibration according to the latest standard IEC/EN 61000-4-4, required for EFT / Burst generators. IEC/EN 61000-4-4 describes calibration of an EFT generator having 50 Ohm high voltage output. The high voltage output is coupled through a 50 Ohm attenuator and viewed on an oscilloscope or similar instrument having a bandwidth of at least 400 MHz.
