The 3D2D8G08US8663 is a high-speed highly integrated DDR2 Synchronous Dynamic Radom Access Memory containing 8,589,934,592 bits. Each bank has an 8-bit interface and is selected with specific #CS, CKE, #CK and CK. All other signals are common to the 8x 1Gbit DDR2 SDRAM memories, except only one ODT connect to one die.

It is organised with 4 chips of 1Gbit + 1 chip for ECC. It is particularly well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorders, servers or workstations. The 3D2D8G08US8663 is packaged in a 88 pin SOP.
