Moku:Delta is an FPGA-based test and measurement platform for engineers who need high bandwidth, low noise and a lot of channels in one instrument.
The Moku:Delta comprises eight analogue inputs and eight analogue outputs from DC to 2 GHz, 32 digital I/O channels and a ±1 ppb clock.
The instruments run on a reconfigurable Xilinx RFSoC FPGA, so one unit can work as an oscilloscope, spectrum analyser, waveform generator and more. Multi-instrument Mode runs up to eight instruments at once, with signals passed between them inside the FPGA, so one device can replace several benchtop instruments.
Blended 14-bit and 20-bit ADCs hold input noise to 10 nV/√Hz at 100 Hz and below 6 nV/√Hz above 100 MHz. A 1 TB internal SSD, QSFP and dual SFP ports handle high-speed data. MokuOS runs on Windows, macOS, iPadOS or visionOS, with API support for Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW and more, and Moku Compile for your own FPGA code. Every unit includes a 12-month GenInst Studio Base subscription for building instruments from plain-language prompts.

Moku:Delta is available in two bundles. The hardware is the same in both; the bundle sets which instruments come unlocked.
- Base Suite Bundle (BSB): six instruments – Oscilloscope, Waveform Generator, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Data Logger, Logic Analyser / Pattern Generator and Spectrum Analyser. Other instruments can be added later as upgrades
- Full Suite Bundle (FSB): all 15 instruments, including the Lock-in Amplifier, Phasemeter, Frequency Response Analyser and Gigabit Streamer, plus the Neural Network and a three-year warranty
