Moku:Pro is an FPGA-based test and measurement platform for research and development teams who need up to 600 MHz bandwidth and several instruments running at once.
The Moku:Pro comprises four analogue inputs up to 600 MHz and four analogue outputs up to 500 MHz, with a 0.3 ppm onboard clock and a 10 MHz reference input and output.
The instruments run on a Xilinx UltraScale+ FPGA, so one unit can work as an oscilloscope, spectrum analyser, lock-in amplifier, PID controller and more. Multi-instrument Mode runs up to four instruments at once, with signals passed between them inside the FPGA, so one device can replace several benchtop instruments.
Blended 10-bit and 18-bit ADCs hold input noise to 30 nV/√Hz at 100 Hz, and inputs sample at up to 5 GSa/s on a single channel. A 240 GB internal SSD, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB-C handle data. MokuOS runs on Windows, macOS, iPadOS or visionOS, with API support for Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW and more, and Moku Compile for your own FPGA code. Every unit includes a 12-month GenInst Studio Base subscription for building instruments from plain-language prompts.

Moku:Pro is available in two bundles. The hardware is the same in both; the bundle sets which instruments come unlocked.
- Base Suite Bundle (BSB): five instruments – Oscilloscope, Waveform Generator, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Data Logger and Spectrum Analyser. Other instruments can be added later as upgrades
- Full Suite Bundle (FSB): all 14 instruments, including the Lock-in Amplifier, Phasemeter, Laser Lock Box and PID Controller, plus the Neural Network and a three-year warranty
