On 13 November 2025, APC Technology Group will host the Secure Critical Infrastructure Forum at the award-winning NMITE (New Model Institute for Technology & Engineering) Skylon Campus, part of Hereford’s Cyber Quarter.
The Secure Critical Infrastructure Forum is a one-day event bringing together senior leaders, security innovators, and decision-makers from government, defence and industry. The forum will explore how to strengthen and future-proof critical infrastructure against evolving global threats, from cyber and electromagnetic attack to regulatory change.

Colonel Andy Taylor OBE DL FCILT MCGI MBIFM
Deputy Lieutenant of Herefordshire


Awarded the OBE in 2016 for his services to the Cadet Force, Colonel Taylor also serves as a Deputy Lieutenant for Herefordshire, reflecting his dedication to public service and community leadership.
In 1977, Colonel Andy Taylor joined the Regular Army and was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst into the Royal Corps of Transport. He spent time in Germany and the UK, specialising in Battlefield Logistics. Colonel Andy Taylor has completed operational tours in Northern Ireland, Iraq/Kuwait and the Balkans; he has also served in a recruit training unit and an all-arms armoured training unit in Canada.
On retirement, Colonel Taylor moved back to Herefordshire and is currently employed as a PFI Contract Manager in support of Gloucestershire Police.
