Advanced K & Ka-band analogue bare die phase shifters from Arralis are now ready to order
Arralis announce the K-PS-1721 and Ka-PS-2533, advanced K & Ka-band analogue bare die phase shifters with varied frequencies and smooth phase variation
Available from APC, Arralis analogue phase shifters are an alternative to digital phase shifters where any required phase delay is achievable with the phase set by varying the control voltage in the range of -0.5 to 0.7 V. This smooth phase variation is vitally important for the development of beam steering antenna systems.
Operating at 17-21 or 25-33 GHz, the phase shifters enable up to 350º and >360º smooth phase variation across the band respectively. These bare die phase shifters are currently in stock and available in to order.
K-PS-1721
A MMIC analogue phase-shifter enabling 350º phase variation across the 17–21 GHz frequency band.
With excellent matching and very low insertion loss variation over all phases and frequencies (±1.9 dB), and excellent phase tracking over the complete frequency range (less than ±15º), this MMIC offers an alternative to digital phase shifters where any required phase delay is achievable with the phase set by varying the control voltage (VD) in the range of -0.5 to 0.7 V.
As the underside of the die is gold plated, this MMIC is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
Key Features
- 17-21 GHz
- 6 dB insertion loss
- 9 dB return loss
- 350º phase variation
- Evaluation board available
Ka-PS-2533
A MMIC analogue phase-shifter enabling 360º phase variation in the 25.5–32.5 GHz frequency band.
This phase shifter provides very low insertion loss variation over all phases and frequencies (±2 dB) as well as excellent phase tracking over all frequencies (less than ±25º). It also offers an alternative to digital phase-shifters where any required phase delay is achievable with the phase set by varying the control voltage (VD) in the range of -0.5 to 0.7 V.
As the underside of the die is gold plated, this MMIC is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
Key Features
- 25.5-32.5 GHz
- 7 dB insertion loss
- 5 dB return loss
- >360º phase variation
- Evaluation board available
