Keysight Technologies new SP8T FET Solid State Switches available from APC
Keysight launches the latest addition to their range of FET solid state switches, offering speed, performance and reliability at a lower cost per port
The new series or single-pole-eight throw (SP8T) FET solid state switches is in addition to Keysight’s existing U9422/4A/B/C family (SPDT/SP4T).
The SP8T switches provide a broad operating frequency of up to 26.5/50/54 GHz and come with a selection solder terminal, USB (TMC-compliant) or an interconnect port that connect you specifically to your Keysight PXI or USB VNA. They are suitable for mmWave applications like 5GFR2 with your VNA solutions.

With excellent RF performance and very fast switching speed; the FET switch makes it ideal for a test environment where speed and performance requirements exist at the same time. Furthermore, the FET switches generate a low video leakage as low as 50 mVpp preventing degradation or damage to your sensitive components
