The 3DSD2G40VS5493 is a high-speed highly integrated Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory containing 2,684,354,568 bits.Each bank has an 8-bit interface and is selected with specific DQMx (x from 0 to 4). All other signals are common to all five 512Mbit SDRAM memories.
It is particularity well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorder, server or workstation. The 3DSD2G40VS5493 is packaged in a 70 pin SOP.
