High S/N characteristics enable the measurement of 10 mA order current waveforms. Wideband Current Probe for Oscilloscopes
Hioki flat bandwidth current probes are best-in-class current sensors for use with Memory HiCorders and high performance oscilloscopes. The 3273-50 offers a wide DC to 50 MHz bandwidth and 30A of continuous input, and applications include capturing transient current signals from switching power supplies, inverters, and motor controllers.
The probe is designed with a high permeability magnetic shield to reduce the effects of electric fields, making it ideal for measuring low currents or nearby high-current lines.
Use with an instrument with a high input impedance of 1 MΩ or higher.
Key Features
- Waveform observation across a wide band from DC to 50 MHz
- Connects directly to oscilloscope or Memory HiCorder BNC input terminal (*1)
- High S/N characteristics enable the measurement of 10 mA order current waveforms (3273-50, 3276)
