It is organised as 2 banks of 16 Mbit, each bank has a 16-bit interface and is selected with specific CEs. It is particularly well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as rugged boards. The 3DSR32M16VB2409 is packaged in a 48-balls BGA.
