ERZIA Technologies announce their new line of MW and RF suspended substrate filters

Suspended substrate RF and microwave filters designed for a variety of demanding applications in harsh environments

The new lineup of suspended substrate filters provide low insertion losses, sharp edges and high out of band rejections in small form factors in microwave (MW) and millimetre (mm) wave frequency ranges. Suspended Substrate (SS) allows high selectivity with sharp edges while optimising physical space. ERZIA also combine SS structures with Lumped Elements or microstrip to offer more complex filters. These connectorised filters are designed and implemented with the same innovative approach undertaken for all ERZIA solutions.

Applications of suspended substrate filters include:

  • Industrial
  • Laboratory
  • Satcom
  • Telecom
  • Space
  • Aerospace
  • Military

The initial models available in the ERZIA catalogue includes more than 20 COTS filters including bandpass, low pass and high pass filters, covering frequencies from DC to 40+ GHz. As with the rest of ERZIA products, these filters are rugged, reliable and prepared to perform in the most demanding environments. ERZIA also offers the capability to adapt/adjust these units to meet your custom performance requirements.

The ERZ-BPF-0110-1000-2 is a suspended substrate combined with lumped elements band pass filter integrated into a compact, rugged and connectorised module allowing easy integration in a wide range of final applications.

ERZIA serves critical aerospace and defence missions by designing and manufacturing radio frequency and microwave electronic systems, and providing high reliable satellite communications. The company was founded in 2002 to become a worldwide reference of advanced engineering, performance, reliability and ruggedness, with the ultimate goal of enabling our customers to outperform in the most hostile environments.
