Exploring the surface of Mars with 3D Plus
Microelectronic specialists 3D Plus will be joining the APC stand, bringing a replica of the NASA Perseverance Mars rover, featuring a 4 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor made by 3D Plus.
The Perseverance rover integrates numerous parts of 3D Plus' portfolio of highly reliable components such as volatile and nonvolatile memory modules (SRAM, SDRAM, NAND Flash, NOR Flash and DDR2), Latch-up Current Limiters, Interfaces, as well as the unique CMOS space-qualified camera head that is featured within the SuperCam Instrument.
