With this latest innovation, 3D PLUS continues to expand its space camera portfolio, with compact, high-performance imaging solutions for varied space applications.
ASTERIA embodies the next generation of compact, space-qualified cameras from 3D PLUS, aiming to reach “10x” improvements on most critical aspects of space hardware. Designed with this target in mind, ASTERIA's architecture combines a high-resolution image sensor with advanced electronics, delivering strong imaging performance while optimising SWaP-C (size, weight, power, and cost).
This allows system integrators to greatly enhance their mission capabilities without compromising their budget. ASTERIA is built to answer the needs of exploration, surveillance, observation, and scientific missions, operating in low Earth orbit, deep space, and other challenging environments.
