Measure the Resistivity of the Tips of Capacitors Effectively
Hioki Super Megohmmeters are high-insulation resistance meters designed to measure the electrical resistance of insulation materials with high-insulating properties. The SME-8360 is an optional electrode device to use with Hioki super megohmmeters for easily measuring capacitor tip resistance.
The jig can be arbitrarily adjusted up to 11 mm (0.43 in.) in length (compatible with 0603(inch) [1608(metric)] size or larger) capable of measuring various tip capacitors. When connected to the megohmmeters by an interlock cable (*1), measurement voltage becomes “OFF” while the lid is open to ensure safety.
