JANSR Optocouplers

This high gain radiation assured optocoupler utilises a GaAlAs infrared LED that is optically coupled to a NPN silicon phototransistor. These two components are packaged together in a hermetically sealed 6 pin leadless chip carrier (LCC).

Micropac offers COTS power cards designed for 3U Open VPX systems.

They meet the Open VPX – VITA 62 standard, and enable high efficiency and power density. Up to four power cards can be paralleled to adjust power capability of the output.

Solid State Relays (SSR)

Solid State Relays replace traditional electromechanical components in power distribution systems. Not only are SSRs more reliable than electromechanical components but Micropac's Solid State Relays utilise MOSFETs, which are smaller, lower maintenance, last longer and switch at higher speeds.
