Hioki
Differential Probe - for Hioki Memory HiCorders
3 Kinds of Measurements with a Single Probe
The 9322 is a differential probe used to measure high voltage with Hioki Memory HiCorders.
Key Features
- Floating measurement of high-voltage waveforms (DC mode)
- Detection of power supply surge noise (AC mode)
- RMS rectified output (RMS mode)
- Main applications:
- Measure potential differences included in common mode voltages, such as IGBT
- Measure commercial power line waveforms, such as on 400V power lines
- Measure high voltage surge noise waveforms
- Measure the RMS value of inverter output, etc.
The Differential Probe 9322 cannot be used by itself. Please use it in combination with the Hioki Memory HiCorder. The Differential Probe 9322 requires a power supply.
