The 3DSR32M32VS8501 is a high-speed highly integrated Static Random Access Memory organised as four banks of 262,144 words of 32 bits. It uses 32 common input and output lines and has an output enable pin which operates faster than address access time at read cycle. Also it allows lower and upper byte access by data control (#UB, #LB).

Manufactured with 3D-PLUS patented stacking technology, this SRAM memory module is particularity well suited for use in high reliability, high performance and high density system applications, such as solid state mass recorder, server or workstation. The 3DSR32M32VS8501 packaged in a 68 pin SOP is available for Commercial, Industrial or Military temperature range. It is also available with screening options up to space grade level.
