APC Technology Group announces an expansion to its test and measurement equipment offering with the Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision HD3 Series, a 14-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) oscilloscope that delivers four times the signal resolution and half the noise of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.
