LO Driver Surface Mount Amplifiers by Marki Microwave
Marki Microwave Surface Mount MMIC Driver Amplifiers are optimized to drive Mixers, IQ Mixers, Frequency Multipliers and NLTL Comb Generators with convenient and enabling features such as positive-only bias, low phase, and high PAE. ADM Amplifiers improve the linearity of our high performance T3 and MT3 Mixers, the low phase noise APM Amplifiers enable low noise frequency multiplication while also simplifying design with its positive-only supply, and Marki's power-efficient AMM Amplifiers enable the latest mmwave applications. All Marki Microwave SMT Amplifiers are offered in industry-standard QFN packages with the notable exception of the high-gain mmwave AMM-6702SM utilizing a proprietary KFN package.
